Looking for a realtor to help you find your next investment property? Here are our top tips for finding the best one:

Focus on Referrals
Whether it's a referral from an investor colleague or reviews online, be sure to check into the real estate agent's results from prior clients. You can always request references to call as well.
Check Credentials
First and foremost, check the licensing body in your state to make sure that you are dealing with a properly licensed agent. Also, look for the credentials CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). These certifications indicate a commitment to the continuing education in the industry and a dedication to a governing code of ethics.
Check Out Current Listings
Nothing will give you more of a flavor for an agent's style than their current listings online. Are the images of the homes aesthetically pleasing and the descriptions enticing? Are they well priced for the area?
