Loan Processor Profile: Oralia Lopez

In a sit down with Senior Loan Processor Oralia Lopez, we got to learn more about her and what she loves about working at Visio Lending.

Oralia has twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry and has been working at Visio since September. Although she hasn't been at Visio long, there are many things she loves about the company compared to other lenders. "Visio is wonderful because it's not under government guidelines," Oralia said. "I believe [as a private lender], this is a win-win-win situation for borrowers, brokers, and employees of Visio Lending."

When asked about what stands out at Visio compared to previous companies, Oralia replied with confidence: "At my other companies, everything felt competitive, especially the environment and people around it. However, things are different here." She continues, "Visio is more teamwork-oriented and [everyone is] very friendly. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There are many eyes that look at the documents, so nothing gets missed, and there are constant trainings and updates."

Oralia's success as a processor here comes from her superb communication skills. "Within 30 minutes of an application being passed on to me, I will give the applicant a call and make sure everything is good to go," she said. "That way, if there are any questions, they can get those settled as soon as possible."

Further, Oralia notes to borrowers, "Every application isn't just a loan to me. I want to be your partner and work together to move your application forward."
